niche vehicle for a niche buyer I've been looking at Smart EV cabrio's for a number of months and found one here at this dealer that was worth taking a look at. They priced it right, I've been looking at Smart EV cabrio's for a number of months and found one here at this dealer that was worth taking a look at. They priced it right, were nice to deal with, and completed the final transaction fairly quickly. One suggestion; when taking a vehicle in as a trade please go through the vehicle's electronic systems and erase a) the name of the previous buyer, b) erase her home address from the navigation system, c) erase her 'favorites' from the phone call log. In general, why not just do a system reset and erase everything? I did nothing nefarious with the info, but others might be inclined to do something different. More

He introduced himself and was extremely We walked into the dealership with the intention of only looking at cars. We had happened to come across Iggy. He introduced himself and was extremely friendly. He asked us what we were thinking about. We told him that we had literally just started looking at vehicles, but had an idea of what we wanted. We made that very clear to Iggy that we were there for info and not for a purchase that day. That didn't matter to Iggy. He spent time with us answering every question we had, let us hop in and check out different vehicles, answered our questions about prices, specs, etc. Before we left, he gave us his card and told us to let him know if we had any other questions, and that he would be happy to help out any way that he can. That experience was everything to us. We checked out other dealerships in the area, but nothing compared to our experience with Iggy and Chevrolet. We never felt forced, pressured, or worried about anything. After two weeks, ((we had a lot going on)) we went straight back to Iggy at Chevrolet when we were ready to make our purchase. If Iggy is a reflection on all the other employees here, then look no further for your next place to purchase/lease a vehicle. We couldn't find a better price anywhere, and professionalism all around. Thank you Iggy and Chevrolet for the incredible experience. We love our new vehicle! More

Chevy Blazer 2019 Purchase I do not often review my purchase experiences, but prompted by the sales experience at Chevrolet of Naperville, I shall take this opportunity. Sal I do not often review my purchase experiences, but prompted by the sales experience at Chevrolet of Naperville, I shall take this opportunity. Sales staff was excellent, attentive and very helpful, especially Ilene. Working from an online Chevrolet Build that I created, they searched the area and located the vehicle that matched. The Blazer truck was available for delivery in two days from another dealership. The purchase was completed in 2-1/2 hours with the finance office work done very efficiently, thanks to Premo. Final prep issues of muddy brake and accelerator pedals AND empty gas tank on delivery need to be mentioned in hopes that other customers do not have that experience in the future. After the purchase, HOWEVER, there was a wrinkle in the works.. I discovered that the Chevrolet build I had worked with, tho it contained side and rear warning technology, was ACTUALLY missing FORWARD Collision Warning capability. I expected that on a $44,000 vehicle that was touted to be a Technologically optimized product, like our 2013 Equinox. Being in my 70s, I preferred such features and had no idea that that would be MISSING. After discussion with several people at the dealership, I was told by Omar that there was NO option for me because we had signed approval of the sale and even tho the vehicle only had 120 miles on it, there were available ways to resolve that issue. My wife deemed Omar rude for that stance. On THAT particular problem I am DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED in the circumstances and ESPECIALLY UNHAPPY with the Chevrolet Build operation for the 2019 Blazer. Apparently that Forward Collision system is a HIDDEN option. Not Very Good for this 50-year GM person. Let Chevy know this. Thomas G. Murphy More

Great experience I swore I would never go to another dealership, but Chevrolet of Naperville changed my mind.
