I actually bought my 2019 Suburban last November and never wrote a review. Today I was in for a regularly scheduled service and was really pleased with how efficient and easy it is to work with Koons. W never wrote a review. When I was looking for the place to write the review I noticed how many really nice reviews there were for Buddy Price. So today I just wanted add mine to the list. As I read many of the other reviews my experience feel right in line with everyone else. Also when I read his bio it was truly spot on. I would recommend the dealership and Buddy to anyone. More

The sales associate product Specialist was awesome. She listened to what I said and did everything she could to find the right truck for me. There were a few bumps along the way but her dedication to my satisfaction encouraged me to keep going towards the end goal of getting me in a truck that I love. I did look at several other dealerships in the area while I did find a few nice people and several very aggressive ones, the one I found at koons in Rebecca couldn't be matched. After the purchase when I ran into an issue the sales management team shined. They did all of the right things and made me happy. I don't believe I would have gotten that at the other dealerships I talked to. More
