Took almost 2 and half hours to just oil change . And team member like they don’t care ask the lady she ignore me and then ask other guy he ignored me and at 6:30 when I ask for my truck back I don’t need oil change then they said oh mechanic just start poring oil . Like it’s worse than worse . If it’s that long so what’s the purpose of appointment why they ask to make an appointment before come . Never going back . More

My experience has been getting progressively worse my last two visits were horrible… my previous visit was rushed and vehicle wasn’t even serviced. Service was just for an oil change and tire rotation. Service agent (Katie) was very friendly and personable. I did receive a txt regarding needing a cabin air filter before getting the txt that the se Service agent (Katie) was very friendly and personable. I did receive a txt regarding needing a cabin air filter before getting the txt that the service was completed (I elected to do my own cabin air filter installation myself to keep costs down since it a pretty easy DIY install). Probably would have done more (like replace windshield wipers) had my service coupon still been effective (it had expired 2 weeks prior). More

Overall, customer service at the Cobb County Toyota service dept was great. Our service agent, Katie, was communicative, answered all our questions, and addressed our concerns - she made the process e service dept was great.
