I pride myself on great customer service, and will always be willing to go above and beyond to make sure each and every customer is happy. I appreciate the concern that Joe French has shown over the relatively minor electrical issues in my Escape. Whenever Joe isn’t available, Mona Crooks is always quick to help me. My recent rental car from Enterprise, arranged by Joe, was a good experience, although, of course, they should only have Ford vehicles! More
