Not only was Rick great but everyone that we met with was friendly and helpful making the process as smooth as possible. Service Center visit to check brake light irregularity As it has always been with Bonneville, we checked the car in, told them the problem and went home and forgot about it. A few hours later, they called, As it has always been with Bonneville, we checked the car in, told them the problem and went home and forgot about it. I never worry when I briing our 200 convertables in for servicing. For the past few years, I have had Mark as my Service Advisor. He is one in a long line of advis when I briing our 200 convertables in for servicing. For the past few years, I have had Mark as my Service Advisor. He is one in a long line of advisors I have worked with and in the true tradition of previous Bonneville Service Advisors, he has seen to it that my concerns and vehicle problems have been resolved in a timely manner. He is a good listener asks the right questions and when he calls to update me on the progress of the job he is concise with his explanations and the cost. I like the man personally and I look forward to having him continue as my Advisor. More
