I have always had my 2018 Forester serviced here since I bought it from my son 3 years ago. The service has always been exceptional, even up to the standards of the "Luxury" dealers in Little Rock. This las bought it from my son 3 years ago. The service has always been exceptional, even up to the standards of the "Luxury" dealers in Little Rock. This last time was unique because of the new video communication tool they use with the technician. You know exactly what he did and why and if he is recommending anything. As stated by another client, I really appreciate the fact they don't try to "sell" you something every time you come in for service. Keep up the great work and innovating! More

This was the second trip for us. We had our “first maintenance after purchase” visit the week before for our new Forester and we had to make an appointment to go back for a problem w We had our “first maintenance after purchase” visit the week before for our new Forester and we had to make an appointment to go back for a problem with the front seat passenger heater. Making the appointment was painless and they got us in promptly…thanks, Melissa! The second visit was longer as expected, and everyone was as nice and professional as they were the first time. Duncan came out and told us it was a software problem and I think we were all surprised it was a software issue instead of a battery issue. It was not an urgent repair, since it is June and not January, but they treated it as if it were. And, as it was a 7:00 a.m. appointment time so we were very happy to have snacks available. More

I have been going to the same service center at this dealership after purchasing a Crosstrek since 2018 and the service received met expectations. However, having to wait on a service member to show dealership after purchasing a Crosstrek since 2018 and the service received met expectations. However, having to wait on a service member to show up after 5 to 10 minutes to begin what is described as an "express service" oil change (which also exceeded an hour), I can only warrant an average rating at best. More
