We purchased a new vehicle that we ordered three months ago, in February. Although the initial ordering protocol (due to world-wide supply shortages) was unfamiliar, everything moved along efficiently and ago, in February. bought a new car, salesmen were excellent but I think the people in other places (builders) who are supposed to communicate with them did not do a good job. for example the status for my my car showed that i people in other places (builders) who are supposed to communicate with them did not do a good job. for example the status for my my car showed that it was held up at the railyard waiting for a chip when in fact it was already delivered to the dealer. salesman showed me the status online so he was not xx-ing. makes it difficult for the salesman to give the customer an accurate account, that's not fair to the salesman or the customer. I like my car but toyota should improve their build status updates. Brandon in the finance dept was very friendly and efficient. Needed to get the tint and hard coat on the front that I pre-paid for a week later. service was excellent, I think it was Brian who assisted me and he was very personable and accommodating. I was very happy with the shuttle service that was provided while my car was getting the work done. Ernie was a great shuttle driver. I was very glad that I didn't need to arrange other rides to-and-from while this work was getting done. More

I didn’t know one could have an excellent experience with a car dealership until I purchased a new vehicle from Toyota of Santa Fe! In these challenging times with shortages and long lead times, Noure and Se a car dealership until I purchased a new vehicle from Toyota of Santa Fe! In these challenging times with shortages and long lead times, Noure and Sean kept us informed from start to finish which was greatly appreciated. Noure was exceptional to work with and instrumental in coordinating both the purchase as well as the installation of the TRD lift & wheels of which the service dept turned around quickly. I don’t remember the name of the Service Dept person, but what a positive interaction. James in the Finance Dept also needs to be thanked. What a great organization overall!! They’ve got a new customer for life. More
