Great deal on new truck, then ignored for months trying to obtain tags and registration. Never returned phone calls as promised. Worst car buying experience ever. I was told they had a vehicle and when I showed up they had already sold it. The sales associate product Specialist was awesome. She listened to what I said and did everything she could to find the right truck for me. I did look at several other dealerships in the area while I did find a few nice people and several very aggressive ones, the one I found at koons in Rebecca couldn't be matched. After the purchase when I ran into an issue the sales management team shined. They did all of the right things and made me happy. I don't believe I would have gotten that at the other dealerships I talked to. More
