Lee in finance is horrible Salesman was great. Sales manager was great. Finance guy wasnt going to inform me about intrest rate until i asked. He tried to slide an intrest rate Salesman was great. Make sure you do your homework and know the current rates for your credit score. More

As soon as they found a car that I would qualify for, they quickly called me and in a matter of hours I was driving off the lot in a brand new 2017 Cruze! I love my car and the effort and dedication these men put into helping me get a car and making sure I left satisfied is impeccable. Financing the car was smooth and easy. Kelly Paris laid out different extended warranty options for me and took time to explain each and every one, listening to my needs, and helping me decide which extended warranties fit me best. In the meantime they never even bothered to even look at my credit they just shoved me aside the reason I know this is because the dealership where I got my brand new car pointed it out to me.... So you lost a sale and I will not be recommending you!!!! I think it's a shame you lied to a potiental customer very poor work ethics and horrible customer service..... More
