"Cracking" noise coming from the roof area Although I live in central NJ, I purchased my vehicle at Rallye in NY. Since it's still under warranty, I brought it back to this dealership for servi Although I live in central NJ, I purchased my vehicle at Rallye in NY. Since it's still under warranty, I brought it back to this dealership for service to address a "cracking" noise coming from the sunroof area. This noise occurred when it was hot out and when I went over a bump, turned a corner or even just backed out of my driveway - it seemed anytime the frame of the car shifted even just a bit, this cracking noise would happen. I left the car with them for an entire week. On my ride back to NJ after I picked my car back up, the noise occurred again, albeit not as loud. Rather than going back to NY again, (a 90+ minutes drive away from where I live) I now made an appointment with the local Princeton Mercedes dealership for the same issue. Hopefully this problem will be fully rectified this time. My salesperson and service rep were very knowledgeable and helpful, however I'm disappointed that the problem was not completely resolved. More

Rodni contacted me right away and provided an extensive package of materials covering all aspects of the vehicle’s history, inspections, and a 360 video of the car. He followed up my many questions with very honest and helpful answers. He even gave me his personal number to call him on his day off! When I explained that I live in Virginia, the dealership was very accommodating and provided some reimbursement for my travel to New York. Rodni spent a lot of time wirh me explaining how to use all of the features of the car and even programmed the navigation for my trip home. He provided all of the documentation I would need to title the car in my state. And, again, he encouraged me to contact him on his personal number if I had any issue. I met other people at the dealership and they were equally gracious and helpful. The car is a dream, exactly as described. I honestly have never had a better experience with a dealership in all my years. I’m a 65+female and I especially was so pleased with the professional way this transaction was handled. Yep! Worth a trip to NY to buy from this dealership. I highly recommend Rodni and Rallye Motors. More
