I paid a deposit and then they backed out of agreed price and added $1551 for “Simoniz Paint Protection that is required on all of their used cars.” Their internet sales manager, Sean MacWhinnie, told me no and added $1551 for “Simoniz Paint Protection that is required on all of their used cars.” Their internet sales manager, Sean MacWhinnie, told me not his problem and hung up on me. I contacted sales manager and after I offered $500 more for the car, they removed the “mandatory” Simoniz. I feel like they sold their integrity for $500. To top it off, they mounted the snow tire & wheel package I supplied backwards. They are directional snows and 2 of the 4 were facing the wrong direction. I’ve purchased 15-20 cars from dealers in NY, PA, TX & IN. This was my worst experience ever. The only reason I went through with the deal was the price was too good. I will give a thumbs up to Steve Lemon who helped salvage the transaction but overall I would give dealership zero stars. They didn’t even change the oil and the car was clearly due for one per carfax, maintenance records & on board oil life monitor. More

Excellent dealership to work with! I contacted a few dealerships and Otto was the only dealership willing to work with me via email. All other dealerships wanted me to come in first an I contacted a few dealerships and Otto was the only dealership willing to work with me via email. All other dealerships wanted me to come in first and wouldn't provide any information over E-mail or text. Times have changed, buyers want to research and negotiate over Email or Texts not in an office. Buyers want the paperwork done and ready for them. Buyers no longer want to spend hours in a dealership. The team at Otto nailed this! With-in 2 business days of first contact deal was done via 2-3 emails and 2-3 text messages and 1 phone call. Drove 3 hours to sign paperwork which took another 30 minutes tops....maybe! That is how it should be. Declan, Sean & Dan great job, appreciate the seamless transaction! More

This was my first ever, online auto purchase. Needless to say, I was very nervous about making such a purchase, sight unseen. The associates at Otto Cadillac made it easier with their willingness Needless to say, I was very nervous about making such a purchase, sight unseen. The associates at Otto Cadillac made it easier with their willingness to help and their very professional and courteous demeanor. They even held my car longer than the allotted three days, when my pre purchase inspectors could not make it within the time allotted to survey the car. Ian Maher was very kind and did a great job explaining Otto Cadillac's procedures and Mike Caccese was very helpful with all my questions and requests. Declan in finance, prepared all my paperwork and arranged the shipping with a very competent company that picked up my car very promptly. I fully recommend the team at Otto Cadillac if you are shopping for a car. They will give you a good deal and take good care of you, most definitely. They deserve at least five stars! More

Otto has been great, I appreciate their attention, I would however recommend setting a customer up with a loaner that matches their need and not giving them a EV when they live in an area that does not would however recommend setting a customer up with a loaner that matches their need and not giving them a EV when they live in an area that does not support non Tesla type EV’s. I had a terrible experience with the loaner and had to have it plugged into my electric for a day and a half after spending many hours trying to charge it the first night I had it. Very frustrating, and was forced as a loaner. Albany area customers are probably fine, western ma is very much different. I was also given very limited directions on how to be successful and could have almost been stuck someplace overnight and would have had to rent a hotel room had I actually not altered my plans for work that day. More
