I never had such poor and discussing service , it almost brought me to tears ! I had a scheduled appointment and during that appointment my service rep was pulled away by Fernando M “service director “ h brought me to tears ! I had a scheduled appointment and during that appointment my service rep was pulled away by Fernando M “service director “ he bluntly told my rep “ I the customer don’t matter and I can wait “ out-loud (everyone in the room could hear him ). Only because he need my rep to help him with a problem . He then took it as far to belittle my rep in front of me and other staff members. I was shocked that this man acting like a child was the supervisor . Fernando M , should be fired what manager acts in this manner. I was going to purchase a new car but with that type of service ….. rather spend my money at Another kia dealership. Clearly they treat customers and employees like trash . More

My car was dropped off for the appointment and no one called me to let me know my car was ready. Thankfully I have the Kia app and I saw my car was just sitting outside in the parking lot. That’s when I called me to let me know my car was ready. Thankfully I have the Kia app and I saw my car was just sitting outside in the parking lot. That’s when I called hours later and that’s when they told me to pick up my car. I don’t understand why no one could’ve called me to let me know. Wasted my whole day because my car was just sitting at the dealer. Also, I spoke to two different girls over the phone and the first was was very rude and kept me on hold.
