I want to praise the assistance of Steve Lowell, Red Team Service Manager. I drove to the dealership after my 2015 Prius needed to Be jumped by AAA. I had no appointment and Steve handled the situation in Service Manager. I drove to the dealership after my 2015 Prius needed to Be jumped by AAA. I had no appointment and Steve handled the situation in an expeditious and courteous fashion. After getting a handle on the situation, he compassionately made arrangements for a loaner car so I could get my groceries home, while the matter was resolved. The work did not take long after diagnosis. It was 5 star treatment. More

Pleasure working with Steve I brought my car in for an oil change and cabin filter...Steve let me know that the last time i had the fuel injector cleaning was at 70K miles...My c I brought my car in for an oil change and cabin filter...Steve let me know that the last time i had the fuel injector cleaning was at 70K miles...My car has 138K miles on it now. 1984 Toyota Supra Service Bought my all original 1984 Toyota Supra with 122k miles for an oil change and coolant fluid flush and replacement. As always Steve is very knowledgea Bought my all original 1984 Toyota Supra with 122k miles for an oil change and coolant fluid flush and replacement. As always Steve is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic in the maintenance and what to look out for in keeping my vintage Toyota in top condition. He also arranged my timing belt replacement on my initial visit with the 35 y/o Supra a few months back and will keep Toyota Schaumburg and Steve Lowell in maintaining and keeping this car on the road for more years to come. More

I have worked with many of the guys on the service team, and they all are very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Jerry McDuffy is one terrific salesperson! He is able to answer all my questions about the new car I bought from him and explains the various vehicle technology very clearly and with understandable analogies. His sense of humor made the car buying experience a real pleasure! More
