When we inquired about the truck, our Sales Specialist had all the answers. He got right on the ball getting everything done to make our purchase happen quickly. It was very nice working with Buddy price he made it a breeze ! He knew what our terms were and what we were looking for and he found it and had it financed in 30 minutes ! We shopped around for a few days after and we went back to Koons for Buddy’s customer service skills and he did it with a smile and never pushed us to buy anything you can’t find that much from a sales person but he gave us room to breathe and think and even to shop other places with no pressure .
