We eventually got the car we wanted, but it came with some frustrating hurdles. We put down a direct deposit on a car, and were promised it show up at the dealership within a month. When this didn't happen, we found out the car had been shipped to a different dealership. We did get our deposit back, and a different salesman stepped in and promised he'd get us the car we wanted along with a discount due to all this setback. All of this was fulfilled, and we're enjoying our new Toyota, but everything was made harder than it should have. More

I brought in both of our vehicles over 2 days. I appreciate the ease of pulling in and meeting the rep to get me quickly into the waiting room.
