When the vehicle arrived, she immediately sent pictures and videos so we could share in the excitement. When we came to the dealership, everything was seamless — the paperwork was ready, the numbers matched exactly what we had discussed, and the entire process was efficient from start to finish. From walking in the door to driving away in our new BMW took just about an hour and a half.
