We had a really great experience at Brilliant Subaru of Elgin. Our salesperson, Jack G., was very attentive and had excellent product knowledge. He listened to what we were looking for, addressed our needs, answered all of our questions, and followed up without being pushy. Dan P. in finance was fantastic. He carefully went over all of the paperwork, the bill of sale, and every financing option, including extended warranty and GAP insurance. He made the entire process clear and easy to understand. The sales managers, James K. and Joe G., were also excellent. They took the time to explain everything and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming. The facility is very clean, offers great amenities, and is a family owned dealership. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable car buying experience, and I would highly recommend them. More
