Once the car was serviced, he put it on the rack to find out about the leak. It was in the fuel tank, and the whole under pinings of the car were rusting out. He told me it would not be worth it to fix, and that Honda had a great leasing deal going on right now, and he had leased a car himself. Heri was passing by, and Paul asked him to talk to me about it. I explained to Heri how I used the car, and he figured out my average yearly miles. He explained how leasing worked, and I determined which model I was interested in. He got a car and we took a test drive. Heri showed me the electronic features of the car and how they worked. He synced my phone with the car and showed me other features. He was very helpful and easy-going, not at all pushy or hurried. He was very cordial and made a difficult decision go very smoothly. More

He took the time to go over how the electronics on the car worked, and helped us get a good price on our trade in. When I forgot to erase the navigation memory on my old car, he took care of that for me and even mailed me a village sticker that I forgot to take off. The repairs on my 1998 Accord with more any 170K miles were costly and not practical to invest money given the age of the car. Carrie from service helped me quickly change gears and introduced me to Debbie Pierce who took things from there. Debbie was knowledgeable, informative and provided thorough explanations of my options regarding vehicles -new vs. pre-owned - and cost - purchase vs. lease. She was patient and helped make the transition from car repair to new car easy for me. Debbie also gave me a thorough tutorial on the functions of my new Accord. I appreciate all she did for me.
