Lou Fusz Mazda service center employees are the BEST! I always feel like I am getting the best attention, and I feel that the staff who are actually fixing my car do an excellent job, too. I only have to take my CX5 in for maintenance a few times a year, but I go to Lou Fusz instead of the other guys because I know I'll get better service! They went out of the way to provide a loaner car for an extended repair, and then sent videos of work accomplished. Great idea! More

When I test drove the car I wanted there was a strange sound at 60 mph. It was very pleasant working with both Abigail and Nicole. When I pulled up to look and test drive the vehicle, Abigail had it up and ready to go.
