I recently purchased a used car from Heritage Honda and my sales person was Mr. Ernie who was great and professional. I very much enjoyed my experience with him. In fairness the whole crew were great starting from receiving an email from Robert, then a follow up by Chris, who is also amazing, and later met Joan the other manager, and finally by Craig of the finance department.
