Ramona Razavi lied while upselling me a "Polysteel" package. Ramona guaranteed all paint damage would be taken care of if I bought: prepaid maintenance, Polysteel, tire/rim protection, and paint-less d package. Ramona guaranteed all paint damage would be taken care of if I bought: prepaid maintenance, Polysteel, tire/rim protection, and paint-less dent removal. I asked about rock chips specifically (as we had a problem with that in Utah/my wife's last car). Ramona guaranteed they were taken care of. It turns out the package doesn't cover rock chips. It was a lie to upsell me. This created a problem with the service manager who was stuck in the middle when I became upset I had to pay for paint damage. So Ramona is a liar. David Wang was a honest and straightforward. More

We have serviced our other Mercedes at RBM. We have driven 200 miles (400 miles round trip) to order/purchase a new E450 convertible because of our previous relationship with Dan Berry.
