I couldn’t be more satisfied with my purchase with Certified Benz and Beemer. When I called to inquire about the BMW i8, I was actually calling about the Roadster not the Coupe but Question pointed ou Certified Benz and Beemer. When I called to inquire about the BMW i8, I was actually calling about the Roadster not the Coupe but Question pointed out some minor differences that changed my mind. Que, pronounce “Q”, was outstanding. I asked questions about the technology in the car and not only did he take time to explain it to me he asked if he could send me a video showing the options. To my surprise it wasn’t a generic video, he made one specifically to me, for me, about the questions I had. This is above and beyond the level of customer service I could expect. From that point on, I knew if I was to purchase something it would be from Que. When I went to the dealership not only did Que listen to my needs, he showed me a variety of cars and to my surprise, the i8 Coupe met my needs and style more than the Roadster. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Certified Benz and Beemer. Every single person there was attentive and extremely nice and knowledgeable. I love my purchase.
