Worked with Ryder...very pleasant young man, no complaints with him at all. Bought brand new 2020 Mazda 3 Premium Hatchback. The "but" part in my review title was because they simply would not negotiate on the car. Sticker price/MSRP was it, period. We paid it and were ok with the deal...still!!!

Just wanted one thing on the first brand new car purchase in seven years, the window sticker. "Sorry, we do not have it". Why is this a problem after picking the vehicle up on delivery while it is still being detailed? This was NOT the salesperson's fault, but the dealerships process for new car delivery.

This small dealership feels warm and friendly. The people are real and down-to-earth, almost like family. You don't get that sense that the salesmen are circling you like a bunch of sharks on a feeding frenzy. I highly recommend Jim Doran Auto of McMinnville! Steve Clay is great.
