Chris Soun (sales) was a very likeable guy who answered all our questions. Came in for a test drive at 9:45a and drove out with a car later that night at 6:15p. When crunching numbers another (female) sales rep offered up some helpful information which made the place seem quite team oriented. Eric White, the Business Manager was expeditious once we were able to sit with him. And although we had to wait 90+ min for that, (only 1 guy in the role that day and he was helping another) he made up for it when we were able to go over the paperwork. 495 Mazda seemed to have a good group of people working there and we liked the interaction that they all had with one another. All around enjoyable team and I appreciate their ability to make things happen! More
