Good idea about the video walk-around inspection, it will be nice to have a video with the actual service been done, the leather seat came back with a lot of scratches like the person had something on his ba be nice to have a video with the actual service been done, the leather seat came back with a lot of scratches like the person had something on his back pocket, when I complained about it, the service assistant manager did not acknowledge my complaint, completely disregarded. I'm 100% sure the leather wasn't scratched before but I had no way to prove it. With the track record of the dealer (the car I bought had hidden damage, bad cosmetic repair) I decided to just walk away. More
