He was so warm, down to earth, knowledgeable, conscientious and genuinely pleasant! We were so impressed with his follow-up skills. We were waffling between several cars and he never once pushed a big sales pitch on us, he presented us with the facts, the pros, the cons, period. He was an honest, salt of the earth guy who made us feel right at home. Today we proudly drove away in a car that works for our family (dog included - thanks for looking out Jack). We couldn't be more pleased. This is our second Toyota at AToL and our first experience in 2013 was equally excellent. More

Very helpful and accomodating. Our 2017 Sienna was recently totaled in an accident. So we just purchased our second Sienna within 15 months from Acton Toyota. The timing was not great for us and we had very limited availability. Steve Kiviat worked to get us into a new Sienna very quickly and accommodated us so that we could pick it up at a convenient time. My experience purchasing the first Sienna and the subsequent experiences during routine services is why I went back to this dealership, and my experience this time is why I will stay with this dealership.
