Since I was already an educated buyer there were three areas of customer service needed for a successful purchase. Price negotiation, financing, and delivery. Scott was extremely friendly and helpful. I talked with him online beforehand and unlike at other dealers there were no hidden fees attached to the quote he gave me. It was my first time buying a car and Scott took the time to sit down with me and explain everything I was paying for and why. He seemed genuinely interested in catering to my needs and followed what I asked instead of trying to move me into a more expensive car. There was no pressure to buy the same day and when I told him I would take a day to look at other cars he did not pull and cliche salesman tactics, but instead made himself available to any further questions I had. Overall, the process was quick, easy, painless, and the pricing cannot be matched. I can only highly recommend Scott and would encourage others to go through him at Acton Toyota's internet department. More
I have been taking my 1999 Avalon to Acton Toyota for regular service since purchasing the car from them. There are two things that I like the least in life, funerals and buying cars from dealers. I contacted Doug Shepard via email and worked with him on info gathering and price negotiation for the Toyota Tacoma I recently purchased. When I have to buy a vehicle I usually work with three dealers and do business with the one that provides the best price and all around responsiveness. Doug was the only one of the three who was quickly responsive to my questions and also provided me with the best deal. When I went to test drive the Tacoma it was conveniently parked right in front of the dealership and ready to go for a ride. That was nice. Prior to taking the second test ride, in one of the pictures on the web site, I noticed a loose wire, a connector of some sort, protruding out from the console. I was immediately disappointed when I saw this as I thought it was a connector for a trailer brake. This would have been a deal breaker for me if the vehicle was used to towing. Doug and his sales manager showed the picture to Mark Bentley in the service department and he immediately identified the wire as an iPod interface, that was a relief because I really wanted this vehicle. The deal was sealed after that and Doug brought me through the signing process which was quick and painless. Doug mentioned that he would be getting some guidance for processing the deal since this was his first sale. He was kind enough to explain that to me and I appreciated that. Doug did a great job by the way, a much better job than some other sales persons who previously worked with me on their 125th deal at other dealers. All in all Acton Toyota was a great experience, no pressure, very friendly environment and a very smooth signing process. I will most definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. We have purchased two cars at Acton Toyota. A 1996 Camry and a 2003 Camry. They are still with us and operating nicely. We service them exclusively at Acton Toyota. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Service has been a pleasure. They do what is needed. They know when something we don't suspect needs attention. We never feel that something is inappropriate. We trust this dealership. This means a great deal to us. The amenities for waiting customers are terrific and very welcome. Access to the upstairs cafeteria is a great thing. And a coupon is provided for a free meal on service day. Coffee, juice and donuts are available through the day downstairs. A really nice touch. What more can I say. We are big fans of Acton Toyota. It is really good to have them here. More

Upon arriving, immediately drive inside into a clean, bright area, where you are met and escorted to the check-in area. 3. There are 8 service reps, each in a spacious well-lighted open office, and the wait time is very short. 4. Once paperwork is complete, you are given a voucher for either breakfast or lunch in the upstairs cafeteria, that has a menu of tasty choices, and your selection is cooked/prepared especially for you (i.e. not pre-made). 5. The downstairs waiting area has well-spaced comfortable furniture. 6. A separate room with computers for internet use is available. 7. Beverages and snacks are easily accessible, and free to the customers. 8. Several copies of different newspapers are readily available. In short, they've thought of everything. More
I didn't really expect to be buying another car so fast, but my road and two-wheel-drive just don't mix in the winter. It took a little time (but not longer than expected), but Travis found me the AWD Sienna equipped just how I wanted it, at a great price and a very fair trade-in. No hassles, no bull, just another easy straight-forward deal. Acton Toyota of Littleton's customer service is the best! More
I was looking for a used Prius in a particular color with low mileage. Scott found it for me several months after I first went in and called me. Everything went very smoothly, with the exception of some nicks and scratches that were supposed to be fixed and were not. Over all, everyone was very helpful. More
