I was looking for a used Prius in a particular color with low mileage. Scott found it for me several months after I first went in and called me. Couldn't be happier with our new car purchase from Tom Downing and Acton Toyota. After an internet inquiry for a specific model with options, the car was on the lot and priced aggressivly, no games. We met with Jack Lloyd in finance, who gave us some add on suggestions which we declined, he politely replied "fine" and went over the numbers with us line by line twice so we understood the figures exactly. They gave us a voucher for lunch, and when we had finished, the car was ready and we drove it home. Fantastic. After dealing with a larger dealership earlier in the week with very disappointing results, it seems Acton Toyota has taken new car buying into the 21st century with a no-hassle, informative, and service- friendly approach, just what consumers have come to expect. I will be recommending Tom and Acton Toyota to all my family members, friends, and neighbors...Tom Downing is now my "car guy", and Acton Toyota is my dealership. Well done!
