We, my wife and I, dealt with Scott Doherty during the purchase of a new Prius. Scott was knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant and efficient. We connected with him by getting a quote over the internet befor purchase of a new Prius. Scott was knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant and efficient. We connected with him by getting a quote over the internet before going to the dealership. We are second time Prius buyers, the first one,, as in the ads,, is being passed to a child, and so we already had a good idea of what we wanted and very little time to find it. Scott knew his inventory and took us to see a car which fit the bill. He was also able to explain to us the other options which would get us closer to our ideal car, although, in the end we decided against most of them. After the initial look we went home to consider what we learned. The next day I went back and paid for the car. Scott was again very efficient and helpful. I had a coupon from Toyota for something off and although it was just barely out of date Scott took it to his supervisor, who called Toyota, who said they would honor it anyway. I was very happy! Scott, as well as being helpful, is personable and fun to talk to during the purchase process. One other nice gesture was finding the name of an auto transport company which Acton Toyota had used for transporting cars. The old Prius is headed to CA. Everyone at Acton Toyota has been very nice and if you are thinking of purchasing a Toyota you should definitely look Scott up! More
I went to Acton Toyota with a specific need, even a specific vehicle, in mind. It was unlike any experience I've had at any dealer, in a positive way. I expected the usual, and got the opposite. Wh specific vehicle, in mind. It was unlike any experience I've had at any dealer, in a positive way. I expected the usual, and got the opposite. What's clear upon walking in the door here is that Acton gets it. They are totally on top of their game, and handle every aspect of the customer relationship professionally. And I mean _every aspect_, from the moment you walk in the door. I was greeted by a receptionist, not left to wander the floor or lot waiting for the most aggressive or attentive or available salesperson to approach me. I said what I was there for, and the salesperson I worked with, Steve Augusta, was there and stepped up. He asked a few questions, put me in the Tacoma I was interested in for a test drive (alone, by the way) and left me be. When I returned, he spent a little while longer to better qualify me to make sure I was getting the best vehicle I needed based upon my needs (no more, no less), and put zero pressure on me over the next few days while I made up my mind. Sure - he did check in with me via email and phone, but that's his job after all; if he lost me to another opportunity for lack of follow-up, I wouldn't be writing this at all, would I? But it was never overdone. Once I decided I wanted the truck, Steve shepherded me through the process. He made sure the folks in Service had a place for me to park my motorcycle on the day I was taking the truck to my mechanic for evaluation (it was raining, and they provided me with a place _inside_, without my asking). Financing was a cakewalk. There was no pressure at all from the F&I guy to buy things I didn't want or feel I needed. Acton took a junker of a trade from me, where other dealers would have balked. They put extra work that I asked for into the truck (brakes/rotors) prior to my signing off on it, and without looking to pad the price with the cost. All-in-all, they'll be seeing me again when it's time to upgrade, or to service this vehicle. More
The service center at Acton Toyota has always been exceptionally pleasant and easy to work with. If you come in for service and they find something with your vehicle that might require immediate atte exceptionally pleasant and easy to work with. They never pressure you into more service than you need. The turnaround time is always what they promise (if not quicker) and it does not matter with whom you work with during your appointment. All of the service center personnel are highly qualified and many of them have been there for years (which helps to explain the consistently excellent level of service that Acton Toyota has been providing to my wife and I for 20 years). I was buying an "almost new" 2010 Highlander Limited from out of town - love it by the way! Ben Koller and Acton were extremely helpful and accomodating dealing with me remotely. They even sent someone to fetch me from the bus station (30 minutes away) to come pick up my vehicle. Acton is a large dealer with lots of inventory and a clear focus on customer service. I would highly recommend Acton (and Ben in particular) to anyone, whether you live in the area, or are considering buying a Toyota from out-of-state or country. Thanks Ben! More

We bought a Toyota Siena after camparing Honda Odyssey 2010 and 2011. Acton Toyota had the best price compared with anyone out there. I try to be a positive person but the service was awful. I felt like the guy was going to freakout if I wasted his time. I only give this story to give a little perspective of my experience with Gregg at Acton Toyota of Littleton. Gregg was GREAT! I came in with my father and we knew which two cars we wanted to look at from the internet (Gregg is in internet sales). He let us test drive both of the cars with absolutely no hassle and no sales pitch (He's been doing this for a while. He's been selling cars in the community for 8 years and counting). He was simply there to answer any questions. It was great he could probably tell that we were new to this so he just let us ask the questions. The cars spoke for themselves. The prices that they list online are extremely competitive so we settled on the full price but I certainly did my homework on this car as it was the exact make model and options that I wanted. I will end my story shortly but not before the best part. I had complicated demands in terms of registration and getting the car on the road because I wanted the car registered to my mother who was not there and my father and I wanted to pay for the car with separate personal checks. Gregg worked with us throughout the process and we agreed that I would get my car on monday (giving time for the checks to clear) but I couldn't make it out to Littleton. Gregg offered to drive from littleton all the way to Childrens hospital in Boston (45+ minutes) to meet with my mother whom he had never met to get all the paper work signed then he would drive all the way out to Arlington (40+ minutes) in rush hour traffic to personally deliver my car to me at my home! Where could you possibly get service like this? Acton Toyota of littleton is where! Bottom line the folks at Acton Toyota of Littleton are great. They are members of your community. Gregg played hockey at a local high school and Christopher Wright (the cashout guy) played football at my high school under my former track coach. All and all it was an incredible experience, one that I couldn't have imagined possible. I recommend this dealership and especially Gregg and Chris to any and all perspective car buyers. More
