Obvious at first glance this is a first class operation. Woman greeted us as we entered, politely asked for our name and told us sales person would be available within 15 minutes. Jim listened carefully to the car and options I was interested in. He asked clarifying questions and provided useful information but didnt try to sell me something I didnt want. He found the exact car I wanted in a day, provided me with all relevant pricing info, asked how I wanted to proceed with the negotiation and made a very "good faith" initial offer. I have wasted a lot of time posturing for a fair price at other dealerships and we reached agreement in about 2 minutes. The dealership provided a comfortable environment, the car was delivered on time. The finance guy (Kevin) was personable, informative and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt want. Overall a great experience. The people I dealt with did a great job. Given the experience I will give this dealership my business in the future More
Was in the market for a used Tundra and found one listed on Cars.com so decided to stop in. Did not call ahead but found myself in the area so decided to stop in. The dealership itself is great, brand new on Cars.com so decided to stop in. Did not call ahead but found myself in the area so decided to stop in. The dealership itself is great, brand new, very impressive. Through the door I was greeted by the front desk person with a smile, I informed her I was interested in a truck and immediately was introduced to Steve Augusta. I informed Steve I was interested in the truck he immediately brought the truck around, went over all its features (don't think he left ANYTHING out.. he was very well informed about the truck) and allowed myself and my (at the time) fiance go for a test drive. We came back, discussed the truck and left for the day. Throughout this whole first process we were never hassled about buying the truck, he never asked to have us fill out any paperwork, never discussed trading in, etc. which was VERY welcomed. We left that day, slept on the thought of buying the truck and then worked with Steve over email, the phone, text messages, and several days later stopped by to start the deal. There were a few difficulties on my end due to the misunderstanding of my trade's depreciation but this was not their fault. Once the deal was put together Joe Tasi in the finance department worked to get me a great financing deal in a very short amount of time even rolling in a pretty decent amount of negative equity with my trade. The best part of the whole deal was that Steve and Joe were able to get this deal done for me (a NH resident) on a Thursday afternoon and had their registration 'runner' meet me in NH the next morning at 10am so that I could register the truck and take it up to Vermont for my wedding weekend. I have purchased brand new Infiniti, Subaru, Dodge and BMW cars over the past 6 years and never have I had such a hassle free, stress free and no-nonsense shopping experience as I did at Acton Toyota. I highly recommend this dealership and Steve Augusta if interested in a new or used car - you will not be disappointed! More
I highly recommend this dealership! I have been all over looking for a tundra and I have had some credit problems in my past but, when I stopped in at Acton Toyota it was like no other experience. Chris was looking for a tundra and I have had some credit problems in my past but, when I stopped in at Acton Toyota it was like no other experience. Chris was extremely helpful throughout the whole deal. He took the time to go over every option and explain every option I had. I had my doubts but, with the team at Acton Toyota they made it happen for me. I am now in my 2007 Tundra, and I LOVE IT. My wife bought a 2010 COROLLA and things went so good I didn't even give it a second thought. Acton Toyota is where I will always go for all my auto needs. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle be sure to stop in and enjoy everything they have to offer. A+++ dealer in my book. More

We had a great experience working with Shawn in buying our Toyota Tacoma. We are from Pennsylvania and have a friend who owns a local toyota dealership, but he still couldn't match the price Shawn was ab our Toyota Tacoma. We had an issue with the carrier that was to deliver our vehicle(no fault of Shawn's)and he even offered to drive the vehicle to us. I would highly recommend Shawn Gormley if you are ever are in need of a vehicle and a great buying experience. More

Steve Augusta was outstanding in every phase of the purchase transaction. He was very helpful and saw to every detail. He was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and showed us everything we needed to know with great patience. I can not imagine that any salesperson could have exceeded his expert handling of the entire situation. Our impression of the dealership is that it is a class operation that values it's customers and staff. More
