It's been just about 2 years now since we bought our RAV 4 from Acton Toyota. We were actively looking for a small SUV and we had just come from a bad experience dealership in the area. Needless to say I was ready to go in expecting to tear a path. I didn't need to. Chris was awesome from the get go. He came out when we were looking, gave us the keys of a RAV4 that we were really interested in and told us to take it for a spin. We liked it, and the whole purchasing process was great. Chris was personable, friendly and answered all of our questions. At no time did we feel pressured, and we negotiated a good price and trade in. When I look for another car I'll most likely try and deal with Chris directly again. More
Scott was great! He was fast and on the ball, but not a pressuring fast. He listened to our needs, worked within our limits and we got what we wanted. Love the efficiency he displayed doing his job. I came to Acton Toyota to replace my 1997 Toyota Corolla which I had been driving for 7 years. I had been interested in a Toyota Matrix for some time, and I saw on their website that they had a used 2010 M which I had been driving for 7 years. I had been interested in a Toyota Matrix for some time, and I saw on their website that they had a used 2010 Matrix on the lot with a mere 4,000 miles on it. I clicked the option on the page to receive additional information. The next day I received an email from Scott giving me a price quote and offering a test drive, which I arranged for the following weekend. The experience I had was smooth and painless. After taking the car on a quick test drive I was pretty sure this was the car for me, and after working out financing options, I seemed to make out very well on a month-to-month basis! When I need a 2017 Matrix, I know where I'm going to go! More

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Shawn Gormley our sales rep was excellent. I arrived at an early time in the morning to get my car serviced and the service department was very professional and efficient. They had my oil changed and tires rotated in less than an hour. I was looking for a used 2010 Avalon with low mileage and happened to find one online at Acton Toyota of Littleton. After making an online offer, John promptly call me back to discuss. After feeling good about how the conversation was going, I accepted an offer to take the car for a test drive with my wife as they appraised my trade-in. We arrived the next day and met John, who was nice and easy going and after talking with us for a bit let us take the car out for a spin. After returning to the dealership wanting to purchase the car, we braced for “negotiations”. To our surprise, the wheeling and dealing lasted only a couple of minutes. There were no high pressure sales tactics, and we did not feel like we were being nickel and dimed to death. John really created an open atmosphere and set the stage for an enjoyable experience. After the deal was sealed, we then had to meet Chris, the financial services manager. Well, our experience in dealing with “numbers” guys at dealerships has always been awful. Talk about high pressure sales!! We were braced for an upselling onslaught that never came. Chris did a very good job outlining the available options and answering our questions but did not force warranties and other options upon us. All in all it was the way car buying should be. We both highly recommend Acton Toyota! More

My wife and I were referred to Acton Toyota of Littleton by a friend of my wife. I checked out their website and was attracted to the zero down lease specials. We are retired and had decided that perhaps a by a friend of my wife. I checked out their website and was attracted to the zero down lease specials. We are retired and had decided that perhaps a three year lease would be more appropriate for our life style. The last time we had bought a new vehicle was about nine years ago when we purchased a new Saturn L300 followed by a used Saturn wagon, so we were somewhat anxious about the concept of leasing. Our first step was to apply for leasing credit pre-approval through Toyota Financial Services online. Then we contacted Acton Toyota via the internet and was emailed back by Bob Rabb. After several emails back and forth we learned that we did indeed qualify for the advertised specials and were invited to come in to talk and see what might meet our needs. We arrived on a weekday when the dealership was particularly busy, probably due to the advertised specials until Labor Day. We had to wait a while to talk with Bob but the atmosphere was very friendly and we were asked if we would like any free refreshments while we waited. We did, however, talk with an associate of Bob who answered many of our questions before Bob arrived. We were shown a Rav4 and a Venza but decided on a new RAV4 Limited. Bob was very helpful and considerate. We returned the following Saturday with our tradein to be appraised. Again we had to wait, about 3/4 hour, even with an appointment, to see Bob but were treated well. The car was appraised quickly by another salesman and the rest of the time things went quickly and smoothly ending up with a visit with Jack Lloyd in the finance office. We arrived for delivery of our RAV4 on Thursday afternoon. Bob had the vehicle gassed up (full tank) and spent over an hour demonstrating the features and answering our many questions. He was very patient and knowledgeable. We both had a chance to drive the vehicle home and are very satisfied with our choice and the whole experience at Acton Toyota. More
