Acton Toyota insists that you give them an e-mail address, and despite several attempts to stop them from sending me junk e-mail, they continue to do it. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Acton Toyota. I purchased a used Rav4 in March and was treated with respect and feel they were glad to have me as a customer even though I was purchasing a Toyota. I went to another local dealer looking at Rav4's and they showed me an over priced vehicle with burn holes in the seat, the door would not close properly because of an accident and the outside of the vehicle had been keyed. Last week I walked into the dealership based on my experience with Tom, and I through him I found my car. He was excellent. He took the time to answer my questions and give my the best trade possible. I felt respected and wanted to buy my car there. Tom went on vacation and I worked with John Bohr. I could not have asked for a better salesperson. He answered my questions and when I drove off the lot with my Toyota, I was EXTREMELY satisfied with my experience at Acton Toyota. I got the best trade in value for my Passat wagon, I worked with the best salesperson(Tom), I worked with the best closer (John). The service department walked me through the necessary service needed. I know what TOYOTA LOYALTY means. I did not have that experience when I bought my Passat wagon seven years ago. I am MOST satisfied with my experience at Acton Toyota in Littleton, MA. More
