Acura Columbus always seems to exceed my previous visit. The staff is amazing from valet to check out. Zach was great! The second reason we are longtime customers at Acura Columbus is the Service Mgr Larry Jones and the service department. The service department does an outstanding job and is well trained and qualified to keep your Acura running forever (2013 RDX with 262000 miles and still runs great) upgrading to a. The service I received at Acura of Dublin has always been excellent and this time it was no different. I went in for brakes, oil change and diagnostic check for preventative maintenance. Everyone was super n excellent and this time it was no different. I went in for brakes, oil change and diagnostic check for preventative maintenance. Everyone was super nice and respectful. The cost of the work I had done was reasonable. I did have trouble with the app so I had to schedule my service by phone. I did have to leave my car overnight because some parts had to be ordered. That was really not an issue for me. However, I would have appreciated better communication in order to make plans to get home. Otherwise, this would’ve been a five star rating. More

Steve is our go to guy for the past 3 MDX’s. I called him on a Saturday and 5 days later I was driving my new suv off the lot!
