My husband and I stopped in to Acura Columbus to test drive the new TLX. We met Antonio and after a great overview on the new design and features, we were able to take a test drive and really enjoyed dri drive the new TLX. Antonio fully accepted that we were still in the research phase and there was no pressure to sit down and discuss anything beyond which car we would really love. However after a few days of contemplating, we came to the realization that we needed to stay with a small SUV and Antonio started working to find the right 2021 RDX for us. Antonio and the team were able to find the exact trim package and color we were looking for, even though it was not on the lot. I had the exact car I wanted within 24 hours and the process was quick and easy. The team did as much work as possible around my schedule so I was never sitting in a dealership for hours. I had a very good experience with Matthew (very new sales associate). You should stop in and give him a chance to help you out.
