We were impressed with the attention to detail, the responsiveness, and the professionalism from all the employees. When we narrowed down our vehicle selection and checked availability, we heard back from two representatives (Vaughn Lockett & owner John) within 10 minutes of our inquiry. Vaughn was with us every step of the way and was so helpful in our decision making and purchase. We had our young son with us and Vaughn kept the purchasing process moving efficiently and smoothly minimizing our time at the dealership. We have family who have purchased multiple Acuras from this dealership and we will certainly be returning! Thank you! More

I started my car purchase research last November test-driving several models at Acura Columbus and ended up putting a deposit on a 2022 TLX with them. The staff worked together to seamlessly keep m test-driving several models at Acura Columbus and ended up putting a deposit on a 2022 TLX with them. The staff worked together to seamlessly keep me updated weekly on my car's build status and delivery timeline. I interacted with at least 5 different people and ALL of them were great to work with. My car was built and delivered in March. Sam McHale handled the final process/paperwork/delivery and did an incredible job. We're very happy with the experience and are loving the car! Considering the stories we've read about car purchases during the current supply-chain situation, we were worried about the process - but Acura Columbus did a great job. Thank you! More

Due to shortages, it was a 3 month wait between putting down my deposit and taking delivery, but the car is wonderful and exactly what I wanted. During the wait, they unexpectedly shipped me a tin of chocolate chip cookies! More
The Sales and Finance (Treg) people were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I ordered a new Acura and the communication on the build status was very good. At various times during the process they explained extra-cost additions to the deal, but were not pushy when I declined. I was a little annoyed that the price increased slightly during the 2.5 months it took the car to arrive, but I figured that is part of the current times in the auto industry and mostly under the control of Acura Corporate. I was disappointed that I could not see my exact preferred interior trim on a similar car before ordering, but that again is due to the current low inventories. I was a little confused and annoyed at the relatively large number of text messages and emails I received with names of different dealership employees on them, most of which were just thanking me for ordering a car, but that is a very minor issue. The delivery and deal-closing process all went quite smoothly, with Mike Shay and Treg Blagg both very willing to answer my questions while skipping explanations (of features of the car) that I did not want to hear. Overall, a very pleasant experience. More
