The sales and leasing expert (Steve Hammond) and the general sales manager (Mark Savage) were instrumental in helping us work with the at-fault driver's insurance carrier and the repair shop. Our vehicle was ultimately totaled out by the at-fault driver's insurance company. We had a short window of time to get a new car before a long road trip for a family beach vacation. Steve and Mark found the right car at the right price, and we were able to purchase a 2019 MDX in time to make our family vacation trip. We highly recommend this Acura dealership. Steve and Mark were extremely helpful under challenging circumstances. This is the third MDX we've purchased here, and for the past eight years we have had all of our service performed on our Acura vehicles at Acura Columbus. More

Exceptional Customer Service My wife had been looking at reviews of the Acura RDX for months. She wanted to test drive a 2019 RDX all-wheel drive. I did some research of the major My wife had been looking at reviews of the Acura RDX for months. She wanted to test drive a 2019 RDX all-wheel drive. I did some research of the major competitors and finally on the spur of the moment suggested we drive over to Columbus Acura and test drive one. She agreed so I called the dealership and made an appointment. When we arrived, we were hooked up with Nick Myers who went with us for a test drive. That sold us both on the RDX and we decided to buy right there on the spot. We looked over the inventory list and found just the one we wanted. We negotiated a fair deal with Mark Savage (thanks) and proceeded to the buy the car. We met with Adam Hannah and worked out all the details regarding the finance of the car which went very smoothly. Adam really knows his stuff and he got us a very reasonable interest rate. Thank you Adam! Here’s where our experience gets really interesting and shows how far the team at Columbus Acura will go to help out their customers. During the final checkout of the car, we realized that the one we selected didn’t have the navigation system as part of its accessories – our bad! We forgot to ask because the car we test drove was not the one we decided to buy. It is now well after hours and both Nick and Adam had stayed with us. Not having the navigation was a deal breaker for us. We then went back through the inventory list and found another car with the navigation system. We arranged to come back the following day to pick up the car and sign all the paperwork. My sincere thanks to both of them for helping us out through this misunderstanding. We returned the next day and everything went smoothly once again. Adam got us an even better rate (thanks) on the financing. We met with Dwayne and he was very helpful explaining the additional accessories that we added to the car. Kudos to you Dwayne! We left the dealership with our new car, very satisfied with the whole experience and how the team at Columbus Acura treated us. We will definitely keep this in mind when next we go car shopping! Easiest, no-stress car purchase experience I've ever had! I had been researching the Acura RDX for a number of months now. I knew I wanted a 2016-2018 RDX all-wheel drive with technology package. I research I had been researching the Acura RDX for a number of months now. I knew I wanted a 2016-2018 RDX all-wheel drive with technology package. I researched all of the major appraisal and safety websites and I knew what was considered a "fair" price for this vehicle. I also researched my own trade-in and knew the price range to expect. First I went to a different dealership just to get an appraisal on my trade-in (2011 Jeep Wrangler). I was actually going to use that as some leverage with a different dealership on cargurus.com. However, I was right down the street from the Acura Cbus dealership and on a whim, took a look at their inventory. They had the EXACT car I wanted, right in the sweet price range I expected of the market. I talked with Jon Cross and he was awesome! Within 10 minutes, they gave me more money on my trade-in than the first dealership and they sold me the RDX for the price I wanted. No wasted time spent negotiating or haggling. Their prices were more than reasonable and they were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. Ian Quick was able to beat my financing quote from another lender and I was in and out of there in under 3 hours, including the test drive! I will definitely be a repeat customer! More
