Excellent Experience! I found my 2016 MDX on cars.com and when I called to inquire about it, I was connected with Steve Ault. I live a little over 100 miles away from Acur I found my 2016 MDX on cars.com and when I called to inquire about it, I was connected with Steve Ault. I live a little over 100 miles away from Acura Columbus. Steve was great to work with over the phone! He answered my questions, was willing to talk or text, depending on my availability. He even did a video walk around of the car and sent it to me. Negotiating the deal was so easy, there was no high pressure sales tactics! When I got to the dealership, everything was ready for me. They even had me on their VIP board welcoming me in to the dealership. Steve and Adam made this process very easy, the whole process took about 2 hours.
