Program new FOB I installed a new remote start module in my 2015 TLX. It was an Acura part. Easy to install. I needed to have the new FOBs programmed so, I took th I installed a new remote start module in my 2015 TLX. It was an Acura part. Easy to install. I needed to have the new FOBs programmed so, I took the car to Acura Columbus. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I received prompt attention on my arrival. Unfortunately, after waiting about 45 minutes, I learned that their computer which was used for programming the FOBs was "down". I was offered a loaner vehicle but, I could not leave my vehicle at the time. I received a call later in the afternoon indicating that their computer was now working. I returned and the quickly did the work. Dinging one star simply because I had to make two trips. More

Convenient, fast and thorough This was my first experience with the Acura of Columbus service department. I purchased my Acura 2016 TLX in Scottsdale, Arizona . My first service ex This was my first experience with the Acura of Columbus service department. I purchased my Acura 2016 TLX in Scottsdale, Arizona . My first service experience at Acura of Columbus far surpassed what I had been expecting, On an early Saturday morning, I was greeted by three valet persons and directed to Zack Zeune who quickly registered me for my 30K service at the dealership. He explained to me the service process, how I would be updated during the process, gave me an estimate and finally a complimentary loaner. While I was at work, Zack phoned me to tell me that my 30K service had been completed and gave me a recommendation for the replacement of cabin filters which I had been expecting. Zack thoroughly explained the importance of the replacement which I appreciate as I try my best to keep my car in good condition. Zack also explained to me the warranty on a front fender insulation issue I had noticed a couple weeks ago, and assured me that the dealership would phone me as soon as the part was available for replacement. I feel very confident just after my first visit at Acura of Columbus that I am in excellent hands. I am extremely pleased with the service department. More
