RDX purchase I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail I experienced. My daughter and her husband had just leased a vehicle from them and gave me the I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail I experienced. My daughter and her husband had just leased a vehicle from them and gave me the name of their sales rep, Francesco Gregory. He wasn't available when I stopped by so I was received by Dwayne Turner. He made sure that Francesco was added to the paperwork so both would be given credit (honesty). He respected the fact that I told him that the final decision required my wife's approval. When I came back with the deposit, he made sure I didn't feel pressured at any time. My RDX had to be picked up from another dealer so it was going to be a few days before it would be available for the deal to be finalized. Again, I got back and was in-and-out in 2.5 hours with all the paperwork done. Adam wasn't pushy trying to sell additional offerings and respected my opinion. If you're looking to purchase or lease an Acura, you'll be in good hands with either Francesco or Dwayne, and with Adam. More

The purpose of this visit was to buy out the lease and purchase the car. We were able to complete the process in a very timely manor and the salesman could not have been better. Thorough and transparent I was amazed at how well they keep you updated as you are waiting.
