I came in knowing what I wanted and how much i wanted to pay for it. Adam did a great job at helping to put me into a vehicle that fit almost all of my criteria. I was able to take the vehicle that i was considering home for the night to get a better extended feel for it, and that helped sway my decision greatly. I ended up going with the package above the one i trialed overnight and Adam continued to be helpful and mindful of the criteria I presented the day prior. Acura also did me a very nice favor regarding my trade in vehicle as well that I appreciate very much. Timely, Thorough. Jami in my experience has been thorough, responsive and things get done right the first time. I needed to get a key made for our 2010 TSX, and on the Jami in my experience has been thorough, responsive and things get done right the first time. I needed to get a key made for our 2010 TSX, and on the way in got a low pressure indicator light on the dash. I called Jami, and they checked out the tires (I had a nail), brakes, (which I had asked them to do-which didn’t need work right now), and recommended a radiator flush, which I had them do, and was out of there in less than an hour and a half-which I was super pleased with. My car was washed too. Great experience! More
