Stopped on a whim and drove home a new car I went out to look at cars with no intention of buying and I left the dealership driving home a new Acura. I worked with Ben on the sales side and he I went out to look at cars with no intention of buying and I left the dealership driving home a new Acura. I worked with Ben on the sales side and he was great - not the typical pushy car sales person that I have met at many dealers. We spent more time on the test drive than we did doing paperwork. Once we agreed on the number, I was in and out in 30 minutes in my new car. More

Above and beyond good service I went in to have a recall fixed for my son's recently purchased 2006 RSX. There was a recall on the brake booster having a vacuum leak. It was making I went in to have a recall fixed for my son's recently purchased 2006 RSX. There was a recall on the brake booster having a vacuum leak. It was making a very loud hissing noise and obvious it needed replace. I took it to Lindsay Acura and was told it passed their inspection??? After arguing with them I asked if there was any other Acura dealers in Columbus. They told my Acura Columbus. I called and made an appointment and was treated very well and told them about my experience with Lindsay. They assured me they would help me out. When I dropped the car off they asked me if I would need a loaner car. I told them I would wait since I was an hour from my house. After checking the car in I waited in a very nice waiting area. After a short period, Tim came in and said my car that I had just purchased a few weeks prior, had a salvage title issued on it about a year prior. This was the first I had heard of this. He also said that since it had a salvage title and the recall wasn't a mandatory recall on all vehicles that technically they were under no obligation to repair it. He said he would put me in a loaner car and he would personally contact Acura and ask if they could do the work since there was an obvious vacuum leak. They put me in a brand new MDX to drive home in. Before I was back home he called and said Acura had approved the repair and they would have the part the next day. I returned the RDX the following day after work and picked up the car. Start to finish, I was overwhelmed with how far they exceeded any expectations for what I asked them to do. More

Service is good but had trouble explaining abt Acura Care This service center is definitely good with regards to providing good service like oil changes, fixing other things etc. I will go again and again..no This service center is definitely good with regards to providing good service like oil changes, fixing other things etc. I will go again and again..no doubt But I had trouble explaining abt Acura care maintainance plan. Even though i had Acura care maintainance plan they still charged me for my service for 300 $. When i asked them why they told me they wont honor Acura care plan i have and i have to buy there own dealership plan. That did not make sense to me as Acura care plan is gonna work all over usa with any acura dealer. so i called Acura care guys and they brought the issue with Manager Larry jones and I must say Larry jones did a great job in fixing the issue. Then they agreed it was a mistake and told me Acuca care should be taken in any Acura dealer and they told refund cheque will come in mail....Thanks a lot Mr Larry jones...u did a great job Guys..I love Acura cars like anything and im gonna buy more. so please kindly deal with customers like me very well .. For a vehicle which is 45 k Acura care maintainance plans are must and we need it at any cost Thanks again More
