Mrs. Clunk, Thank you for communicating with me by email last week after I wrote you. I reiterate my apology for the poor experience and as I wrote you earlier, Todd is one of the nicest people in the world. He must have communicated poorly with you and I apologize. If you look at Todd's past reviews for the past few years, you will see that they are uniformly glowing of his nice manner. In fact, he just finished in the top 3 Acura service advisors across the Midwest in a product knowledge competition. Todd must have swung and missed badly with you and I am sorry. As you wrote me, your interaction with Todd did not go well. Hopefully, we can all get another chance to help you in the future. On the bright side, I am glad Kyle was able to help.
