quick car wash! I routinely have my Acura TL washed at the Dublin ACURA shop. Very Courteous, efficient pleasant and fruitful experience; lounge, coffee, snacks. In the past I have had windshield wiper blades replaced. Fee was very nominal,; service immediate! In the past, when I first acquired the TL, I needed to link my cell Blue-Tooth to the TL's Hands-Free. Salesman Mike Shay readily implemented that in a few minutes! More

Both individuals were extremely helpful and professional. I would like to note especially, that in a previous appointment for issues with my headlights, Jami was amazing. She was able to take what would have been a very negative experience (and one that would have likely caused me to not purchase another Acura) and converted it into an exceptional experience...even though the situation was caused by someone else (who had left the dealership recently). I missed the opportunity to complete a survey at that time and just wanted to convey my appreciation for Jami at this time. More

Wonderful Experience! I have been contemplating buying a new SUV for some time now. I was a long time Toyota owner and was ready for an upgrade. I met with my salesperson I have been contemplating buying a new SUV for some time now. I was a long time Toyota owner and was ready for an upgrade. I met with my salesperson who was extremely knowledgeable about the products. He took the time needed with me - I never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. He answered all my questions, and the business manager answered all my additional extended warranty questions. My salesman even gave me information on extra options, which made the car work even better for me. I am a salesperson myself and do not like "hard sell" tactics - and there was none of that in this transaction. Somehow when I completed the survey it clicked a 1 and not a 5 for my salesperson and financial manager - they were both a 5 and I would give them a 10 if I could. Love the new RDX! Now just learning all it does! I will come to a class! More
