Acura Columbus is the only dealer I've ever taken my car to and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else due to the service I get. Parts transaction I had an issue with my battery I purchased over 2 yes ago, for some reason my purchase wasn't logged into my profile however Seth was able to overcome I had an issue with my battery I purchased over 2 yes ago, for some reason my purchase wasn't logged into my profile however Seth was able to overcome the obstacle by replacing my battery. The only negative was that transaction wasn't logged an that I had to pay $40 for the install. More

Thank you for a great experience. It's normally said that "the third time is a charm", however, in my case, the second time is "another charm" doing business with Acura of Columbus. It's normally said that "the third time is a charm", however, in my case, the second time is "another charm" doing business with Acura of Columbus. I'd been looking for a Lexus RX 350, early model with reasonable mileage, for quite some time but just hadn't come across "the one". However, about three weeks ago, while searching on line I saw the Lexus that I'd been looking for at Acura of Columbus. The Carfax was pretty decent, and I told my husband that we should go and check it out immediately. It was about 7:30 pm and we knew that they would be closing soon. When we got to the dealership, we asked for Tom Cole, GM, who had helped me with another vehicle a year ago. Fortunately he was still there at that hour. We told him that we were interested in seeing the Lexus that I'd viewed on line. As it was late we said that we'd gladly return the next day to test drive the vehicle. To our surprise, he called Bill Green, salesman, to get the keys and tags so that we could test drive the vehicle that night. We test drove and, yes, that was it. The next day we had the car service checked by a Lexus dealer, which came back with very minor problems, if you could call them problems. When it was time for negotiation, I couldn't ask for anything better. Once again, thank you Tom and to your staff, Brian Milliser and Bill Green - the Dream Team. We will definitely recommend Acura of Columbus to all our family and friends. Again, thank you Tom Cole, it was truly a pleasure doing business with you. SWC More
