I visited numerous dealerships, drove a multitude of cars and SUV's and was not having a very good experience. I was now returning to an extremely busy work schedule and would not be able to continue searching. I was online and came across your dealership and what a game changer that was! I called to inquire about a used MDX and the call was answered by Adam Hannah. I was interested in the MDX but Adam's customer service sold it. He brought it to the hospital for me to test drive and continued working with me through delivery and financing-actually delivering the MDX to the hospital and bringing the financials there for me to sign! I have never heard of anything close to that ever being done. What an absolutely amazing experience. There in not enough words to explain what an outstanding employee you have in Adam-professional, honest, courteous, friendly, I could go on. I love the MDX and the experience I had with Adam and Acura Columbus. I look forward to continued business with you. From the moment I walked in the door, Corey and Kyle were extremely helpful. From quickly answering any questions I had, trading my car in and helping with the financing and insurance, I left the same day with a brand new car. (My dad even took their business cards home). In and out in a jiffy! I received a friendly greeting when I drove up to the service area. When I got to the door, I was again greeted with a smile and the door was held op I received a friendly greeting when I drove up to the service area. When I got to the door, I was again greeted with a smile and the door was held open for me. Todd took care of me right away. He checked my service record and told me exactly what services would be performed. I went into the waiting area to read while my car was being worked on. In less than 45 minutes Todd came to let me know my car was ready to go. The service had been performed, the car had been washed and vacuumed. More

Review of Purchase of 2010 Honda Accord EX-L on 1/13/17 My wife and I are very pleased with the service we received from Acura Columbus from the salesman Adam Hannah and Brian Milliser as the Finance person My wife and I are very pleased with the service we received from Acura Columbus from the salesman Adam Hannah and Brian Milliser as the Finance person. Both of them listened to our needs and did not pressure us in the slightest which is uncommon for most car dealerships. We were asked multiple times if there was anything we needed in regards to refreshments. After test driving the vehicle I indicated that I was not sure if the cruise control was working and Adam went back out with my wife and I driving the vehicle to demonstrate how to operate the cruise control. We also had to drive from Springfield to look at the vehicle and Adam did a very nice job in keeping me posted on the status of the vehicle by texting me prior to our arrival. I would recommend anyone to go there for a new or used car purchase. More
