Got 'er done My wheel cracked, and I was desparate to get it fixed. 2017 Acura MDX Zack Warrer was great throughout the sales process. Also Brian Milliser was very patient going through all of the finance options even though we ended up just paying for the vehicle. Overall I would definitely send a family member or friend their way. With all of the construction dust, they still made sure my car was 100% detailed before I left. Great Experience. They also have a nice room for kids to play in while they wait(my 8 year old was completely occupied throughout the whole process) More

charged for rotation and then reinbursed I am VERY unhappy that after the wife got home I looked at the bill and then the car and saw that even though I was charged for rotation of the tires I am VERY unhappy that after the wife got home I looked at the bill and then the car and saw that even though I was charged for rotation of the tires they had not been rotated. If I had not checked I would have never know as I did have trust in Acura Collumbus. I called Zack and he said that he just charged me for that but did not know that the mechanic did not rotate them. He offered to put a credit or send me a check. I chose the credit but after thinking about it I would like a check. I really have know way of knowing if any of the other items that I was charged for where done or not. I do not feel I can trust Acura Columbus to do work on my vehicle any more and will not be returning to have survice or purchase there again. Larry Powell More
