The 2015 RDX was towed into the dealership on 2-15-17 because the 2015 battery died and left us stranded in our garage. We were informed that there was also a recall on the driver's side airbag. We were not previously notified of this important recall. We needed to pick up the vehicle and return it to our home. When we went to drive the vehicle it was noiced that the cover on the center of the steering wheel, covering the airbag, was very loose and could have detatched.. On 2-21-17 I called the dealership and was given a 1:00 pm appointment to bring the vehicle in to get repaired while I waited. This note should provide several issues that were troubling, one being a relatively new battery failing. But, the the repair of the airbag being incomplete and having to take the time to return the vehicle to the dealership was not acceptable. I expected more from this higher-valued product dealership. Multiple Tire Issues I had my car towed to the dealership with one flat tire and a nail in the other one. Zach was extremely patient, friendly and informative. Emergency Service needed I started the day out on a bad note and Acura Columbus did a great job to get me back on the road. I came into the dealership without an appointment. My brake lights and turn signals were not working due to damage that I had done to my MDX. The entire staff was very understanding and empathic to my situation. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of!! Great Job Zach and the entire service staff from check-in to check out. Honestly, the service did not surprise me ...
