Sorry Mr. McCallister. Getting a flat tire stinks and then having to wait makes it worse. I hate that we were not able to come thru for you. We do actually invest heavily in our loaner car program and we are back up to 38 loaners after the vehicle shortages. I am sorry that we did not have one available for you when you needed one.
