I totally trust this dealership I really hate to complain and I totally understand things happen in a repair shop but I was there for two hours for a simple oil change. They of course apologized and handled the situation as you would expect a quality dealership to do but it was a very long unexpected wait. I will still give my visit five stars because the people there make all the difference. More
