Mr. Cline, Thanks for the feedback! You dealt with Chris Diglia on this visit. Sorry that he did not come across well. He is our newest advisor (after working his way up thru the ranks), and he is trying to make sure he does everything right. It takes time to become totally familiar and he is a very hard worker and will only get better with time. Sorry that he had some confusion with manual versus automatic. These days, 99% of the cars we service are automatic and I am sure that stuck in his mind. Our prices for an oil change and inspection have not gone up. I encourage you to price check. We match all competitor coupons and we do price checks ourselves every two weeks with our competitors to make sure we are in the same ballpark. With the competition, oil change prices have had to remain static for many years. Our Service Manager, Larry Jones, told me he will call you to apologize for your experience. Lastly, Zach and Todd work together. His picture is correct on the site, but maybe you spoke with someone else in addition to Chris. Thanks, John Connelly Owner/Acura Columbus
